Well without any doubt,my favorite FP player could be only a pitcher : Eddie Feigner,King and his Court legendary team founder.Darren Zack as a contemporary pitcher and Bill Hillhouse and Ernie Parker and Jimmy Moore as coaches.

MY DAUGHTER. At 16 I know that what we have right now is going to come to an end all to quickly. I have took her to practice since she was 5, now she takes me. Being a coach's daughter can sometimes be rough. She has had to share playing time several times over the years with players that were nowhere near as good as her to promote team harmony. I admit I expect her to lead at times when everyone else has given up. She always gets to hear my true feelings on the game while the rest of the team gets "we will do better next time". She understands that at least on my team the coach's daughter has to work twice as hard because you can't have parents saying she is only playing the position because she is the coaches daughter. With all that she has put up with when she has a bad day she comes home and says :let's go to the field, I need some hard line drives to clear my head. You may never see her on tv or the cover of sports illustrated but she will always be my all time favorite fastpitch player

My all time favorite fastpitch softball player is Kat Osterman. I also like Bill Hillhouse if he counts.

Now that's what it's all about. OUTLAW COACH-you get it, in my book!

I have to agree with Outlaw Coach on this one. My two daughters are my favorite. I know it said one but I can't choose and don't force me to either. .. LOL.

My favorite players are my girls. They are simply the best in my eyes. I know.. I'm looking through the parent glasses but I can't do otherwise.

I have to say though that they don't get any preferential treatment. In fact, they probably work harder because they are my daughters. But, they have truly earned my respect and my admiration. I love them with all my heart!

Lisa Fernandez was my idol growing up and is one of the great pioneers for the game of women's fastpitch. My 2nd favorite is Dot Richardson.
